Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, UK Customers have the right to cancel the purchase contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery, however we offer you 30 days cancellation and warranty.
Order Cancellation Procedure
To exercise your right of cancellation you must contact OmegaSpareParts by email or letter with details of the goods ordered and reason for cancellation; we will then issue an RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) number which you must write on a completed RMA form and enclose in the package.
If you exercise your right of cancellation before the goods have been despatched to you, you will receive a full refund.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been despatched and/or delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods with the original packaging at your own cost and will receive a refund of the order value minus our outbound delivery costs.
Once you have received your RMA number please send the package to the address below.
Warranty Returns Procedure (Faulty items only)
All products supplied by us at Omega Spare Parts Ltd carry a 30 day warranty from the date of delivery.
Please contact Omega Spare Parts Ltd either by email or letter with details of the goods ordered and description of the fault within the warranty period; we will then issue an RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) number which you must write on the completed RMA form and enclosed in the package.
Once we have received the item(s) back to our facility in their original shipped condition, with all original documentation & accessories and, we have verified that it is faulty then, we will either refund or exchange the item(s) at our discretion.
In the case of a refund, this shall be the original cost of the item and any reasonable return postage costs.

How to send
We will not accept any returns without an RMA number, so please contact us before you pack and post the item.
You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession and carefully pack them in the original packaging if possible.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in the event items are returned damaged, with missing/incomplete parts or no fault is found upon testing.
On receipt of the returned goods and once we have identified the part is the part we sent, a refund or exchange will be made as appropriate at our discretion.
We cannot be responsible for items, which are not received by us and would recommend that you use a tracked and insured service to return valuable items.returns form
