๐ฆ Export & Customs Duties
- Customer Responsibility: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. You must pay all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges donโt appear in our product prices or shipping costs.
- Customs Clearance: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items ordered comply with local import regulations and for providing any documentation required by their countryโs customs authorities.
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment because of unpaid duties or local regulatory issues, OmegaSpareParts Ltd cannot refund the original shipping cost. In addition, we deduct return shipping and any related fees from any refund you may qualify for.
๐ Regulatory Compliance
- Export Regulations: OmegaSpareParts Ltd complies with all applicable UK export control laws and regulations. We do not ship to countries or individuals subject to UK, EU, or international trade sanctions.
- Product Restrictions: You must pay all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges donโt appear in our product prices or shipping costs.. OmegaSpareParts Ltd cannot guarantee delivery of items restricted or prohibited by local law.
- Data & Documentation: Where required, OmegaSpareParts Ltd will provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and product descriptions to support customs clearance. Local authorities may require you to provide additional documentation.
- TAX Compliance: If your country requires a Tax Identification Number (TIN) for customs clearance, please include it in your order notes. Alternatively, you can email it to us shortly after placing your order.
